# Resources

Resources in TIAM-FR include fossil hydrocarbons, biomass, and other renewables such as wind, solar, geothermal, tide and waves. Nuclear resources are not considered but the potential for nuclear plants in the [power sector](../energy-sectors/supply/power-sector.md) is limited.
